Graduated from the University of Hong Kong for Master of Social Work and Master of Public Administration, Mr CHAU has profound experience in research, direct social work practice and management. He has over 10 years of experience in university, public corporation, non-governmental organizations as well as the Government. As the Chairman of the board, he provides strategic leadership on the directions for the success of our company development.

Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong for Master of Social Science in Social Work, Ms CHAN has over 15 years of experience in serving elders and families in need. Besides, she has substantial managerial experience in service-related administration like financial control, tendering, procurement, staff management and service auditing.
